Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

We believe that everyone deserves the same quality of experience with EXCLUSIVE TANZANITE, regardless of ability. We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is an ongoing process — we test regularly and improve continuously.

What We Have Done

• All images include descriptive alternative text for screen reader users
• Our site can be navigated entirely by keyboard, without a mouse
• Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA requirements on all key content
• Form fields have visible labels associated by semantic HTML
• Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
• We do not use flashing content or animations that cannot be paused
• Our documents are structured with correct heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3)

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas where we are still improving:

• Some older PDF documents (pre-2023) may not be fully accessible. We are updating these progressively.
• Our custom cursor may not render correctly in all high-contrast accessibility modes. Standard cursor functionality is not affected.
• Some animated transitions can be reduced or disabled by enabling "Reduce Motion" in your operating system's accessibility settings — we honour this preference.

Alternative Access

If any feature of our website is inaccessible to you, our client care team is available to assist you by phone, email or in person at any of our three ateliers. We will ensure you receive the same quality of service and information through any channel.

We welcome feedback on our accessibility. If you find an issue not listed here, or if our response to an accessibility request does not satisfy you, please write to us at accessibility@exclusivetanzanite.com. We will acknowledge your message within two business days and aim to resolve issues within 10 days.
