Shipping & Returns

Every Exclusive Tanzanite piece is delivered with the same care with which it was made. We use a single specialist jeweler's courier for all deliveries — not a general carrier. Your piece travels insured, tracked, and in our presentation packaging at all times.

Delivered beautifully

We deliver across all regions of Tanzania. Every shipment is fully insured, requires a signature upon delivery, and arrives in our cedar presentation box within a discreet outer carton. We never print "jewelry" on the outside of any package.

Bespoke and high-value commissions above CHF 20,000 are delivered by our personal courier, who travels with the piece and requires a formal handover signature.

Buying with confidence

We want you to love every Exclusive Tanzanite piece. If for any reason a piece is not right, we offer a 30-day return window on all non-bespoke purchases from our collection. Pieces must be returned in original condition, unworn, with all original documentation.

Email info@exclusivetanzanite.com within 30 days of receipt. Include your order reference and reason for return.

Pack the Piece

We will send a pre-paid, insured returns label. Place the piece in its original packaging. Do not use general postal services for returns.

Inspection

On receipt, our team inspects the piece within 2 business days. If returned in acceptable condition, refund is processed within 5 working days.

Please note: Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces and sized rings cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made to your individual specification. Exchanges may be possible — please discuss with your concierge.
