Terms & Conditions

1. The Contract

These terms govern all purchases made through the EXCLUSIVE TANZANITE website, by telephone, by email, or in person at any EXCLUSIVE TANZANITE atelier. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. EXCLUSIVE TANZANITE Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.

A contract between you and EXCLUSIVE TANZANITE is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. Until that confirmation is received, no contract exists.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Prices may change without notice — the price applicable to your order is the price at the time you placed it.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for rates applicable in your country before placing an order.

3. Bespoke Commissions

Bespoke commissions are subject to separate commission terms provided in writing at the start of your project. In summary:

• A 50% deposit is required to begin design work
• The remaining 50% is due upon approval of the final CAD or wax model, before casting
• Bespoke pieces cannot be returned or refunded once casting has commenced
• Design ownership remains with EXCLUSIVE TANZANITE; the client receives a licence to use the design in the commissioned piece only

4. Returns & Exchanges

Please see our full Shipping & Returns policy for complete details. In summary: non-bespoke, unaltered pieces may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original unworn condition. Engraved, sized or otherwise modified pieces cannot be returned.

5. Warranty

Please see our full Warranty page for complete coverage details. All EXCLUSIVE TANZANITE pieces are covered by a lifetime craftsmanship warranty and a two-year stone loss guarantee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the EXCLUSIVE TANZANITE website — including images, text, designs and the EXCLUSIVE TANZANITE mark itself — is the intellectual property of EXCLUSIVE TANZANITE Fine Jewelry. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

EXCLUSIVE TANZANITE's liability to you shall not exceed the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the purchase or use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
